Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Sonar.ai, provided by Sonar.ai, on iOS / iPadOS and at sonar.theswifthackers.com. By using the app, you agree to these terms from August 22, 2026.
Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old to use the app. If applicable law requires a parent or guardian to accept these terms for you, you may use the app only after they do so.
Licence to use the app
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app for its intended purpose. Unless law or an open-source licence permits it, you must not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, or create derivative works from the app.
Intellectual property
Sonar.ai and its licensors retain their rights in the app, including its software, design, names, and branding. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully. Do not damage, disrupt, misuse, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, automate abusive requests, bypass technical limits, infringe legal rights, commit fraud or dangerous activity, or impersonate another person.
Availability and updates
The app may require a compatible device and internet connection. We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue features, but will respect mandatory consumer rights and provide notice where required.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access for a material breach, unlawful conduct, security risk, or harm to others. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. On termination, the licence granted by these terms ends.
Disclaimers
The app is provided with reasonable care, but availability may be interrupted and results may not always be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that law does not permit to be limited.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without removing mandatory protections available where you live. Disputes may be brought before the courts of Singapore.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the app or applicable requirements change. We will publish the revised terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required.
